At White Pebble Co., every piece is made especially for you.

We operate as a print-on-demand store, which means your item is created individually once you place your order. This allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and operate in a more sustainable way.

Because each product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Each product page includes detailed size guides to help you choose the best fit. We strongly recommend:

• Measuring a favourite item you already own and comparing it with our size chart
• Checking chest width and garment length rather than relying on standard S/M/L expectations

If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault or print quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem. We will review this promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
