Returns & Exchanges (Print-on-Demand Products)
All of our items are made to order (print on demand), meaning each product is created specifically for you as soon as you place your order.

Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • choosing the wrong size

  • change of mind

  • ordering multiple sizes to try on

  • personal preference (e.g. colour/fit/style expectations)

Please double-check sizing before ordering
To help you choose the right fit, we provide sizing charts on our product pages. We really recommend:

  • measuring a similar item you already own

  • comparing those measurements with our size guide

If you’re unsure, feel free to message us before ordering — we’ll gladly help you pick the best size.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item/quantity, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange either:

  • a free replacement, or

  • (if a replacement isn’t feasible) a refund

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • clear photos of the item showing the problem

  • photos of the packaging (including any damage)

This process aligns with our print partner’s quality guarantee and helps us get a fast resolution for you.
