Delivery information

White Pebble clothing and accessories are made to order by our print partners. Production takes place after you place your order, before your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery time

Production and transit times vary by product and destination. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you before you order, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. This is the delivery deadline, rather than an express delivery promise. If you need an item for a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges and destinations

The available delivery options and total shipping charge are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address, before you pay. Charges can vary by product, supplier and destination. Where a delivery option is unavailable for your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Separate parcels

Items from different print partners may be produced and shipped separately. This means parcels can arrive on different days and the shipping total can include more than one supplier charge. The total is shown before payment.

Dispatch and delivery support

We will send an order confirmation and notify you when your items are dispatched. Tracking is provided where available. If your order is late, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number so we can help. A delay does not remove your cancellation or other consumer rights.
